Right now, the lighting effects in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories are unmatched in my book.
Though, I'd look for MONSTER HUNTER TRI to have the best graphics on the Wii.

Has somebody played Deadly Creatures, I had the impression that it looked really good, at least the videos found online.
Or one of the Resident Evil rail shooters?

Yes,The game's graphics don't impress me much. Though they are detailed. I don't hold it up much. Though the game doesn't look
like it could've been better. Problem is that the game has alot of brown. That really is dull to me. Though its a great game

to add to everyone else
the conduit did NOT look better than that old GC game
Dead Space Extraction had it's moments. I just cleared it on the weekend. The scene where you are onboard a shuttle is really well done (visually) as is the scene near the beginning where you re-learn of the events you just experienced through another character.
Prepare for termination! It is the only logical thing to do, for I am only loyal to Megatron.

Found this Conduit picture but I can´t remember that the actual game looked this nice even a single time.
These've been mention but
Monster Hunter 3, Metroid 3 (and maybe even 1 and 2 - just buy trilogy anyway because 2 is a much better game than 3), RE:Darkside chronicles (and maybe UC), SMG
Completely different style of game, but Muramasa has to be one of the most beautiful games of this generation, easily.
