Move over Halo Reach... the 360 has a better system seller

That sounds really unfair... the game launched at $20. That should be reflected in the score somewhere

They did give it a 3/10 for lasting appeal. Perhaps if it had been a full priced game they would have given it a 2 or 1.

Is this the unGOTG so far? or has there been worse (PS3, 360, PSP, Wii , DS all included). There really ought to be a video game equivalent of the Razzies. I love checking out awards for the worst movies of the year at the same time as checking out the awards for the best.

Rotten Tomatoes does some great "worst of all time" movie lists, isn't IGN associated with Rotten Tomatoes?

pretty sure I saw someone say on the interwebz that this will THE heavy Rain killah! :P
this sounds almost as bad as that James bond wannabe game of 2009, can't remember the name tho.

Hrm. I just hit 100 retail XBox 360 games, so much for making this my #100 ;) I own some crap already - Alone in the Dark (mainly cause of the horrible controls), Bomberman: Act Zero, Eragon (Sadly only bought this for achivements. Never again.), Soldier of Fortune: Payback yet it looks like this could even top Bomberman as worst game (mainly because that game was a $60 title that should have been a $5 XBLA title).

Looking at Gamerankings it has awhile to go. For retail games Shellshock 2 and Leisuiresuit Larry are 25% and 26% respectively and Rogue Warrior is rounded to 28%. Though a 20% is a great way to fight Leisuresuit Larry as worst 360 game of all time.

It's just that simple.

I think IGN is a rotten tomatoe

“If any creator has not played Mario, then they’re probably not a good creator. That’s something I can say with 100 percent confidence. Mario is, for game creators, the development bible.

I'd give it a 7/10 or a 8/10.

No idea what IGN is smoking. Its a good game. Is it perfect? No, by no means. Its $20 brand new. Do you know what other games debut at $20? Ones worse than this.

The game is insanely creepy. It would have made for a pretty good PS2 game.

Every survival horror fan needs to buy it. For $20, your not going to lose much if you dislike it, but chances are, your going to like it. They pack an insane amount of content into the game for the price.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

I thought it looked great and I guess that's why Presentation is 6/10.

1/10 for graphics? I mean...really?

I do not know how they get a 1 for graphics. I have owned a 360 since launch day. I can think of many games that are visually worse than this one. Admittedly, its bad by 2010 standards, but in the overall history of the 360...There have been far worse. How did this get a 1 when Beautiful Katamari got a 6.5!?

Its exactly how I felt about IGNs Sonic Unleashed review. I played it, beat it, had loads of fun with it, thought it looked amazing (sonic levels) and played good. Then I saw the 4.2 IGN gave it and was WTF?? I guess I was not supposed to enjoy it or something...

In any case, im still getting this. I love survival horror that much...

this is a bit harsh, especially as it's a budget game. Imo, there's really no such thing as a 2/10 game unless it's basically rock, paper, sicissors without any make-up. I'm sure it won't be that bad.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.
