BNP are racist hateful scumbags and should be dealt with. There is no excuse for it. Freedom of speech my arse, when it's hate speech then they have NO right IMO.

My, aren't we full of hate.

Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

@Carl: You've claimed you would vote for the BNP over Labour because they can run the country better. Well I think that's just plain wrong, I'm afraid. Labour are far more qualified to run the country than the BNP. Labour have well thought out policies for all aspects of running the country (Like it or not, they do). Have you ever read the BNP's policies, they're laughable because they are so ill thought out.

The reason? The BNP are a one trick pony, all they care about is immigration. If they came to power, that would be their primary concern. It's the only thing they have put any thought into. (And to be honest, whilst I agree that immigration is a problem in Britain, I think the BNP's approach is not sensible at all, it would bankrupt us, but that's just my personal opinion.)

All of the BNP's policies are neglected because they are so focused on one. In fact the BNP are so focused on immigration that it actually forms the basis of many of their other policies where it shouldn't; such as healthcare, where they claim that the NHS staff is populated by immigrants and that the immigrant workers should be kicked out of the NHS (which is extremely counter productive).

Labour on the other hand are not a one trick pony, they put as much thought and effort into each of their policies as the BNP put into their immigration policy. Are they perfect? No, not by a long shot. But they would run the country considerably better than the BNP ever could.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The main problem with the BNP is not that they are racist, but that they are incompetent in just about every area.

BNP is always going to have extreme ideals no matter the leader, it doesn't matter how well they masquarade it.

Carl you would seriously vote for BNP........................ Wow just wow.

If the choice was between just BNP and Labour? Yep.

Why?

Because i hate Labour, and want change? Couple of things off the top of my head (that i know of) though that would be a benefit for me and other people in the UK.

Troops wouldn't be in Afghanistan/Iraq.

Death sentence possible for peado's, murderers and terrorists.

Infact, i'm gonna go look up all of the policies they have...

So you wan't the BNP in power so they can kill people? Don't you think that a massively bigoted party like the BNP would take advantage of the death sentence?

I feel your missing the point of why people vote for the BNP.

A large amount of people in this country (like myself) believe immigration has gone to far. BNP WILL never gain power and control of this country, however, if they gain votes they gain influence meaning this will have a knock on effect to those who run the country. Do you honestly think that if there was a chance BNP would take control they would have as much support? NO. Its simply a 50% of the time, a protest vote.

They have a large number of policies. EVEN if they did only have immigration it wouldn't matter, as ive previously said they recieve protest votes to scare labour and the conservatives. Who cares if they would bankrupt us? Its not like they would gain power and most people realise that.

I am aware they recieved around a million votes last time around but thats insignificent compared to the big two. Has it had an effect? You tell me. It got to the point where they were on main stream programes and well respected ones at that. As they say any publicity is good publicty.

Would i ever vote for them knowing they could win? Absolutly no. They are Islamophobic and are against gay people kissing. However, the propoganda spread by some people about their policies are laughable. NO, they don't have a policiy to massacre every non white person. They even clarrified on question time that if you were born in this country and are a British national that you can remain here.

What they do say is if you are a foreign national and sponge off the immigration system all your life you would be at risk of deportation. If you are a foreign national, and you get arrested in Britain you would be forced to leave and subsiquently never return. They would impliment the death penalty which is actually a popular choice amongst a large amount of people in this country.

Also Labour have already bankrupted us so it would save them the trouble.

DON'T VOTE BNP.

But i feel if islamic/Christian terrorist groupes are allowed to roam the streets protesting there is no valid reason to remove them from the political system. Thats all i have to say.

I'd imagine that the death sentence would be nigh on impossible to reintroduce into the UK.

"A large amount of people in this country (like myself) believe immigration has gone to far."

A large amount of people in this country have no fucking clue about what they're talking about.

Your right.

Human rights laws and the like prevent foreign murders and rapists and the like from being deported, the death sentence won't be brought back any time soon.

I think you've missed the point of my post. I realise that the BNP are just a pressure party like UKIP or the Greens, I'm not stupid, my post was a rebuttal to Carl saying that the BNP would run the country better than Labour. It had nothing to with them being a pressure party.

It's true, if the BNP somehow found themselves in power, no matter how unlikely that scenario would be, they would not be able to run the country at all. They would have no chance, they would be far worse than Labour. That is what my post was about.
