Although there's quite a bit of Super Mario Galaxy music that comes close to it. In fact, it might be nostalgia that makes me prefer Gerudo Valley (and a few other Ocarina of Time songs) to the SMG soundtrack.

I really, really like the "Toy Time Galaxy" music from Super Mario Galaxy too. There's one other SMG song that's just pure brilliance (other than the obvious ones), but I can't seem to find it.

That's the best Galaxy piece in my opinion.

But let's face it. There are too many awesome Nintendo OST for us to get to an agreement on which is pieces deserve to be in a top 3, or top whatever for what matters.

I personally always loved Yoshi's Island soundtrack. But choosing it over any Mario, Star Fox, Metroid or Zelda soundtrack would be unfair. Other games as Wave Race, Pilot Wings, Punch Out, etc, did also have terrific soundtracks.

Please don't forget to remember this tune.

Oh wow... I came in here with that tune in mind, Vas-y.... but that live rendition is even better! Absolutely brilliant. Other then that, gerudo valley is great. And that super mario galaxy final boss posted a while up is very good too.
