Are these the most outstanding pieces of music from Nintendo

My all-time favourite is probably

 

Although there's quite a bit of Super Mario Galaxy music that comes close to it. In fact, it might be nostalgia that makes me prefer Gerudo Valley (and a few other Ocarina of Time songs) to the SMG soundtrack.

Although technically, that's never in a Nintendo game (I think it's merely in a commercial, but I could be wrong)

I really, really like the "Toy Time Galaxy" music from Super Mario Galaxy too. There's one other SMG song that's just pure brilliance (other than the obvious ones), but I can't seem to find it.
