Since I live in the middle east i'll say this... I'm not surprised about the sales in Saudi. People buy PS3's mainly for those Soccer games (I don't :) ). It has been this way ever since PS ONE. No surprise here. I'm surprised Halo isn't in that list though cuz lots of people in the region love it. Oh and Nintendo consoles haven't been popular at all in the middle east except for their hand helds.

well Playstation is a very strong brand in the whole middle east.my friend is from there and he says that many people even don't know what xbox is and they are not into nintendo games that much.

I doubt it, JRPGs dont perform that well in terms of sales and popularity here in the middle east.
