Ouch! Torn muscles are bad, my left gastrocnemius, tearing, saved the anterior cruciate ligament from worse injuries, but I had to do more than 3 weeks of anticoagulants to prevent embolism. Anyhow, as you can afford it, idleness FTW!!!
