ign have traditionally given higher than average scores to naughty dog games (jak III 9.5) so i'll be dangerous and say above 9- about 9.4 maybe (i don't know whether its worth that as i haven't played it or the demo yet.

Just to note, where ign give their scores and have the one word sum up of the game (great, poor) Good is awarded to a game with a score of between 7.0 & 7.9) i think it will get higher than this though
