PixelJunk Shooter is incredibly awesome! And it's quite cheap. I had a blast playing through it.

Critter Crunch has a demo btw, it's very much worth its price and is highly recommendable. In case you decide to go with something different

I concur, it's a great little puzzle shooter game. Relaxing and easy to play.

Pixeljunk monsters is also quite fun, a tower defense game with co-op.

It sounds like Flower might not be your thing, although it's one of the best games I've played this gen.

I got Braid and Pixeljunk Monsters and loved both

Just make sure you get Flower at some point. It really is a game that needs to be played.

THE PRINCESS THAT IS FAT!!! or zen pinball is rather good if you like pinball. i dunno if its still on sale but i really enjoyed it so far its a nice pinball game with 4 tables very nice.

also if you like fighters i STRONGLY suggest mvc2
