Hard to believe level-5 made a bad rpg. The Dark Cloud series was so damn good.

If I had a ps3 I would give this a rent despite the bad reviews on pedigree alone.

I remember PS3 fans all around the internet were so happy to call The Last Remnant "trash" when it got 5.3 from IGN and 6.5 from Gamespot.

Gamespot is generally fair, none of that crazy stuff that's going on with IGN.

So I suggest we call BS on most of them, not all of them.

IGN gets a lot of hate, but overall I tend to agree with them most of the time.

I never understood why people get so worked up over reviews. If a game I'm looking forward to gets lack luster reviews I simple rent it first to see if its worth purchasing. Reviews are just consumer advice not gospel.

I like this game, and I bought the Japanese version in December 2008, I don't care the score IGN or Fami(Japan, 29/40) gave to it.
It's a good game in my opinion.

A shitty 5,1???? That's abysmal, IGN is known for being too generous with most of its reviews, this score in terms of HD games means that this game is almost shovelware. I simply cannot accept this review, only two pages with poor content, western reviewers should be banned form reviewing jrpg's.
