Did PTOM leak the release date of Heavy Rain and other anticipated games?

I thought this info was interesting in this months issue so i scanned it to see what others thought. Some games on this list were already announced like SO4, but say the exact date for WKC was never announced other then Feb, here they have it at Feb 16th which the same day they are quoting Heavy Rain releases?  Either they know something that we don't know or there just making stuff up. LP2 also on the list for Feb, any thoughts?

My god, I can't afford 1st Qtr 2010.

1st Qtr is going to hit me with ModNation Racers, Heavy Rain, White Knight Chronicles, FFXIII, God of War 3, Bioshock 2 and then to top it off, in May I get hit with 3D Dot Game Heroes.

If anyone really wants GT5 they can just import in March. PS3 is region free and I don't think you need to know Japanese to play a racing sim. Or do you?
