Yesterday’s game of the Day, gained a little momentum in both number of votes in the poll, as well as page views, so instead of skipping a few days I’m doing another one today in hopes of getting some momentum going with these posts. I would still really like to get some more comments in the thread, so please give your opinion after you vote. Also I was hoping that by making the poll results private and then posting them later, that would spur a second round of discussion, but so far not many people are commenting after the results are posted. So please be sure to check back after the poll deadline, and feel free to comment in previous Game of the Day threads if you have missed the results.

Description: Today’s game of the day is Metal Gear Solid 4. MGS4 has defied logic, in that despite selling on a console with a ~80% smaller userbase than last gen, its sales are approximately the same as the PS2 games. Why do you think that is? Are the fans of the franchise so devoted they will buy the game on any console, or were the bundles with MGS4 the key to maintaining sales? Or was it something else? Vote in the poll and then let us know what you think.
Updated: Poll Closed and results posted, check page 3 for my take on why the change occured.
