granted i haven't beat the game yet, but there's only 5 archstones in the nexus

 

archstones #4 is broken, that's why there is no 4-x here

this sequence is based on the order of the archstones (counterclock)

1-1 > 2-1 > 6-1 > 1-2 > 2-2 > 5-1 > 3-1 > 5-2 > 6-2 > 3-2 > 2-3 > 3-3 > 1-3 > 6-3 > 5-3 > 1-4

well that's confusing wenlan, because every guide, map, and player i've seen speaking about them refers to them as areas 1-5.

area 1 is boletarian palace

area 2 is stonefang tunnel

area 3 is the tower of latria

area 4 is the shrine of storms

area 5 is the valley of defilement

i think he came up this sequence based on the locatoin of the archstones, each archstone leads to specific area

#1 -> boletarian place (area 1)

#2 -> stonefang tunnel (area 2)

#3 -> tower of latria (area 3)

#4 -> broken, leads to nowhere

so, in his sequence, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3 are levels in area 4 and 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 are levels in area 5.

You have to die in the tutorial! If you somehow manage to topple the first boss (I've only heard of it being done once), there's an even more impossible boss lying in wait later on!

lol... well since its broken and therefore useless it doesnt really count as an area. this is the first that i've heard of it being mentioned like this (1-6). w/e i guess

 

how are you guys finding the game? i just died on 3-2 fighting the boss.

Noooooooooo!

So me ant outlaw here decided to try and co-op the 1-2 boss. We managed to take down all the archers fine, but Outlaw went down pretty quick after that. The guy still had ~90% health left. But after that, I just stayed behind the guy and kept going at his feet, using plenty of grass to keep me alive.

I was doing great. I got him down to 60%, then to 40%, then 25%. I was like... holy crap, I'm gonna do this!

Then I got him down to around 2% when he managed to hit me with his heel, then turn around and hit me with his shield, then shoot that blue thing into me.

I was so close. =(

I also lost 2500 Souls. >=(

Hopefully I can get those back and manage to beat him next time lol. Though I seriously need to restock on my grass.
