This thread is in honor of a franchise I hold very near: Skylanders Spyro's Adventure. Today marks 15 years since its North American debut, and 10 years since its last mainline release. A franchise I hold so many fond memories with that I know will never come back... :(

Oh also Earthbound. So long as the original creator is alive, that series is done.

Freedom Force - Two great games that didn't make a lot of money. Brought to you by the developers of Bioshock, a series that did make a lot of money.

Pretty safe to say Wizards and Warriors isn't coming back.

Project Gotham Racing, NBA Live.

Another onoe that just came to mind: SSX. I believe EA owns that one? I see no shot they'll ever invest the resources into getting this franchise going against.

Knightmare (Not counting Takumi Naramura's remake which I don't know if it will ever see the light of day), Penguin Adventure, King's Valley, Parodius, TwinBee among other Konami series.

I have hope that Zone of the Enders will return at some point. Apparently Suikoden Star Leap released recently in Japan to a great reception, hopefully it leads to a more traditional Suikoden 6 on consoles.

Breath of Fire. The last Breath of Fire was a mobile game released 10 years ago that no one cared about. The last console release was 24 years ago. And dude all first 5 games are fantastic, even Dragon Quarter which is usually seen as the black sheep.

Suikoden. Im sure we might get another remaster, but a new console release? Suikoden 6? I very much doubt ill see that in my lifetime.

Clayfighter. Its over.

Bioshock

TimeSplitters, Perfect Dark, Resistance, Medal of Honor, Crysis, Brothers in Arms, No One Lives Forever, Titanfall, FEAR, Quake, Half-Life…

In fact all FPS franchises that aren’t Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, Doom and maybe Wolfenstein and Killzone.

Leisure Suit Larry.

Not only are there not likely to be any more new games, but the entire series is being delisted from every storefront.
