When it comes to infamous botched wrestling promos, there’s 2 that will stick out in the canals of wrestling history. You probably know what one of them is before you even scroll down. I’m of course talking about Psycho Sid’s “Half the brain” promo in WCW where he flat out says he’s dumber than Hall and Nash after trying to trash talk them both on the mic (unintentionally, of course).

“AND I HAVE HALF THE BRAIN THAT YOU DO!” Gets me every time.

But what about Hulk Hogan slipping up 3 times on the mic against Vince McMahon in which he calls himself gay during one of the botches and inexplicably forgets who he wrestled just a couple of weeks ago during another (skip to 1:30 for the “relevant” bit{s})?

The Hulk promo might technically be the “worse” botch (Vince’s weirded-out reactions says it all), but the Sid promo gets the bigger laugh out of me every time. Also funny is that it apparently wasn’t as simple as “you have half the brain that I do”, it was some jumbled crap Vince Russo wanted him to say:

The Shockmasters debut and Roman' s "Suffering succotash" promo are imo the worst, and they are also very cringy af. Sid's botched promo at least is honestly hilarious.
