Yay!

I guess I will be triple-dipping then

Damn, I jumbled the words and thought this said Xenoblade Chronicles 2, but it was X. Oh well.

The upgrade pack is $5, just to be clear.

Interested but no hush

When the Switch 1 version is disccounted I will get it and then upgrade

Not interested, but great news for fans and it gives me hope that Pikmin 4 and LM3 will get upgrades as well. 900p (ish) to 4k is massive. 30 fps to 60 fps is massive. worth the upgrade.

LM3 runs at 1080p on Switch, but a bump to 4k or 60fps will be amazing

Solid deal! I would love to give Xenoblade X a shot (I even have the game purchased for NS1), so this could be a good entry point… though I feel like I might want to wait it out for Xenoblade 4. I’ll have to think on it.

Also, very interesting that Nintendo is dropping this same day as Tomodachi Life. Puts to rest the idea that Nintendo is padding out their release schedule with NS2 Editions.

Yeah and Pikmin 4 is 900p.  But 1080p is meh on a 65 inch screen.  Even 1440p is a huge upgrade.  I am very happy Nintendo is upgrading their old games.  BotW and TotK were a joy on the S2.
