So, I noticed that Youtube changed their video player again.

There are a few new features, for example... You can upvote, downvote, see comments and share a video while in fullscreen, you can also click at the timer to see how much time left until the video ends... And other things.

Also just noticed, it's actually quite an improvement (for once).

This was a little nostalgic trip I didn't see coming today.

I forgot some of those older video player ui/toolbars existed.

I was pretty annoyed when they disabled fullscreen scrolling a little while ago but I guess it was in preparation for this. YouTube still has plenty of issues but I generally like this update and not needing to scroll away from the video to read comments, like the video, etc. I hope they add the "save to playlist" button to the fullscreen menu too like on mobile.

I noticed it because I entered a livestream in fullscreen and the chat didn't disappeared. Then I noticed the toolbar was different.
