Reviews for Sonic Racing Crossworlds are in, and the score is actually quite good, with a 83 Metascore based on 49 Reviews and a 84 OpenCritic Score making it one of the best rated Sonic racing games.

Since the early days, the only Sonic games that got a very good reception were Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing and Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed. Team Sonic Racing also got a good reception, but below the other two. Sonic Riders series are usually meet with mixed reviews.

As a Sonic fan, I'm very happy with the current state of the series.

83 puts it above Transformed, which is a great place to be at.

The demo was fun, chaotic but fun.

I’m surprised!! Demo seemed very buggy… but then again, social media is a funhouse mirror. Only 3-4pts below Mario Kart World on OC. That’s crazy!
