Top 10 in Japan all Switch related! Why is it that the hardware is never in stock there?
Smash will be, if this trends continue, be the best seller exclusive title fw in a console. Can it be compare to heavy mp like CoD ?

How much do you guys expect first week? Odyssey did 2.1m according to VGC. If we include digital, it's probably 2.4m or something.
I'm personally expecting Smash to do at least 3m FW.
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I think Nintendo's doing a decent job of trying to get Octopath back in stock for the west. They've been quick to get new shipments to Amazon the past few weeks although they've sold out just as fast.

Stock problem on Amazon does not equal stock problem in general. Bestbuy, Walmart, Target and Gametop are still comparable in game sales to that of Amazon and if you check those websites you will seem ample copies available at their respectable retail stores and their websites.

In some shops there are, but the shortages are just local, not general
