I love music and I love anime and I love hearing the sound of water flowing through the beautiful mountains and seeing the beauty if it all in my homeland. So penis is very damn easy. If anyone would be willing to marry me after that then I'll just adopt an orphan. So basically losing my penis will make me a somewhat better person. Easiest choice ever. Its akin to someone asking whether I would want to loose my liver stomach or appendix. Do course appendix the easiest choice you can make

More isolated from the outside world, one less connection.
No singing/playing instruments.
Many party games you cannot play.
life-threatening in certain situations. Unable to hear alarms or instructions, confusion in dangerous situations.
If you have children, or are going to adopt children, you will never hear their voice or laughter again, or ever. Just as you will never hear the voice of anyone you love again.

You won't be able to hear people laughing or crying, you won't hear thunder or the birds, or the rain, or the traffic as you are crossing the road. You will miss so many things and be oblivious to events around you.

You use hearing 24/7, for everything. Not just for entertainment but as a connection to everything around you. The feeling of helplessness and isolation from losing it would be great, everyone choosing their penis over hearing would quickly learn to regret that decision.

Not sure if you can survive or not without a penis, but assuming you could, then yeah, I'd rather lose one of them than my sight or hearing.

Can you even survive without a penis? I'd choose hearing, as hard as it'd be not listening to music.
