Usually I hate these stupid "Nintendo family" ads for the holidays, but these are ... I'm not going to say good, but .... uh ... bearable? At least there's some adults in them that seem to be uh like the hipster Nintendo parents?

And no Wii U marketing at all this year it seems. Nintendo just gonna hide that corpse in the freezer and hope no one notices I guess.

I think they want the Wii U to be gone in peoples mind....... and make sure people don't get mixed it up with the Switch.

And there is probably going to be a lot of Wii U games gets ported or enhance, so they make sure it feels like a "New game" LOL XD

and can we finally let the Wii Remotes Rest in peace?

And that wii fit balance board better get cheap by now. I still want to get into the wii fit series, i think my little bros will love it.

Poor Wii U. Abandoned again. And Switch isn't mentioned because they still wanna get 3DS sales. Wii U isn't even a factor for their holiday sales. Again very disheartening. If Switch bombs Nintendo will abandon the thing harder than Wii U.

Because they need to sell a few extra 3DS' this holiday?

They likely are looking down the barrell of a fiscal loss this year even with Switch (2 million shipped isn't good enough) since they don't have any more baseball teams (last I checked) to sell and currency situation is not in their favor right now. Mario Run needs to bail them out but they need every last 3DS and Pokemon 3DS sale they can get, marketing the Switch straight away as a portable system wouldn't be prudent. 

It doesn't really matter, no one but the purest Nintendo slogan purists are gonna look at that thing and not see a Nintendo tablet.

The mini-nes should not be forgotten for bringing in profits. Isn't it all sold out already?

Of Course, they still need to sell 3DS and new Pokemon, on other hand Wii U is dead, so they saying Switch is home console on first place. I am pretty sure they will have different PR talk when we getting close to Switch launch.

What are you talking!? They always make solid profit in holiday season, for now they are in solid profit this FY and they will make solid profit in holiday quarter like always.
