the first capture the flag was really easy the second one well. lets just say i got the flag and i turn to look at my back and saw two tanks and a warhawk.
i managed to dodge a couple of tank shells but the warhawk ... ugh.

And dawve, why is it that everytime we face each other with tanks I always lose?

I caught you from behind once and still lost. I really suck sometimes.

Oh well, I did get to kill you and hanafuda at the same time once, when you were in a 4x4 and I was in a Warhawk.

Rank game - yeah, thanks Dawve, I remember now.  I think the minimum 8 player thing put me off originally.  I'm happy to do rank games from now on.

Sorry if I was swearing quite a bit.  Was taking it a bit too seriously I think.  The first couple of games were a bit frustrating.

That zones game was a joke.  Why?  Because it was a rank session and we got those whores from the HAL clan just teaming up on the one (overpowered) team and then raping out last base.  It really annoyed me, so I kicked their top player!  Anyone that good, interested in playing a good game, would have switched teams.  As it is, I kicked him!!  After that, most of the HAL clan left.  Dawve - yeah, we were making a decent come back at the end there.

Some good stuff after that though.  That CTF game was pretty crazy.  I couldn't keep Marcio off our flag!  He must have grabbed it about 10 times.  I managed to kill him quite a few times, and generally defend the flag pretty well, but it was hard work...  I LOL'd when you got that last second kill for revenge!

Also, I set my mic down to the lowest setting of 1, but even so I noticed it was picking up a lot of background noise, like the rain!  I think I'll turn open mic off.  At least that way you don't have to listen to my nonsense.

Dawve - just remembered when I TKd you when you were in the tank, fighting against another tank.  I couldn't understand what was taking you so long to kill him.  I had already hit him with a rocket.  Then when I thought I had another clean shot, it killed him and you both!  Then, not long after that, you sped into our base in a jeep and clean flattened me against one of the towers near to the flag.  I didn't stand a chance!!  I didn't know it was you at first, and shouted out, 'What the ****!!!!', or something similar!

Yeah, i kept going straight for the flag and you kept killing me. It was fun. I like rushing.

But I did get to score twice and killed you in that last second.

I'm not sure.  Maybe not open mic   I think it depends on your kit.  Could people hear me better today?

Just remembered another funny bit.  On the Collections game on Lost City, I think it was Marcio and I in a jeep, and we had a couple of tokens on us.  I was driving, and rushing back to base as it was a tough game.  Some random noob was running right up the middle of the road towards us, oblivious, and I just ran him straight over and said something like, "Sorry dude, but you should have got out of the way."!!  People should be following the game.  If he had, he would have known we had some tokens, and that they were heading back to base.  He should have been running for the anti-air cannon or something.  Instead, he runs right up the middle of the road.  It was a pretty funny team kill.  Also, we got the tokens back safely.

Thanks to Dogs for showing up too.  Hope to see you again soon.  In that CTF game, I was taking a back seat and picking off people with the binoculars.  I seem to remember getting you a few times!

Finally, I think I should be able to host again next weekend.

Marcio I don't think I always win in tank battles, but I do have a lot of practice in them.

Don't stop to shoot in a duel with another tank. Just keep moving and firing. If you stop I've always found you lose. I only stop when shooting at distance or going for a hawk.

If your losing but the other tank is damaged get in close. Usually the shot that kills you and your tank exploding will take them with you. If your going to die you might as well take them with you.

In a game with folk just KDR padding and not helping their team prepare to die a lot. Tanks are an easy target.
