Go with the original 4:3 ratio. I know it's vintage, but that's the way it was meant to be.

The original vision of the game was in 4:3 so I vote standard. I always play any game I haven't played before in it's unaltered, original format.

Keep the original aspect ratio. Nothing should even be stretched in any direction, it looks just horrible. Also, do you need to add the borders yourself on YouTube? I would think YouTube accepts 4:3 video and adds black borders around it automatically, but I'm not sure. I don't think it makes much sense to add the borders yourself if you can avoid it.

I'm playing it on 4:3, that's how it was made, in 16:9 the CGIs and some things in game look off. At first I found the grey borders annoying but I got used to them pretty quickly.

Best 3D one at least.
