Nintendo Selects are a series of Nintendo games chosen to get a rerelease for a reduced price. Usually this games are some of the best selling ones, and given the chance so sell more. But for some reason there are different lineups per region.

Why do we get different games per region? They would surely sell well, none of this are bombas. I'm sure NA would love ALBW, and I certainly want DK CR 3D, even as a digital game.

Maybe it has to do with the availability of the previous print run?
Pikmin 3 for example wasn't nearly as stock restrickted in Europe as it was in the US. It needed a second print run badly in the US, while you could just walk into a store or order it online in europe no problem.

Edit: They would want to sell through old stock first, is what I'm trying to say.
