lol I wanted to be Army Ranger when i was growing up, so i trained the hell out of those types of exercises. Then i discovered the Vegan lifestyle and that flipped those plans on their head. I still love Calisthenics though, IMO they are hands down the most useful and practical of exercises.

Usually I think I can do from 40 to 50 but I've been in bed for 2 weeks now and I already noticed my arm's muscles getting smaller, I think I couldn't do even 20 right now D:
