Surprised Mario isn't running away with this one... Lumping the platformmers in with Mario Kart/Party/Paper/Dr/Smash Bros was just too much for me to go with the others, even if I love the heck out of Zelda.

Otherwise, there's few things I get more excited for than a main installment of Super Mario and Zelda on the consoles. I wouldn't want to pick one over the other in a head to head.

Pokemon. It's the series that makes me buy Nintendo hardware.

My top 3 consists of Mario games, so it shouldn't be a hard decision to make..

Zelda, because it's Zelda and Zelda is basically gaming perfection. If I'd get bored of gaming, I would still play Zelda. I need to own everything in this franchise. I buy Nintendo consoles just for the premise that there will be a Zelda, the rest is icing on the cake.

Wow, there is a whole lot of people that love Zelda the most. Everything else is distant.
I guess I was right when I said that out of the Big Three, Zelda was the best one, despite being the least popular compared to the other two. :P
