I played it on PC. My rating: 5/10. Pretty boring game.
$1.1 million? They should be glad they made that much money with such a mediocre game.

Were they complaining about sales on WiiU earlier? Either way, I'd love for them to do a breakdown of their sales like Shovel Knight did a while ago. It was nice to see the sales data and how profits varied between the platforms.

It's tied exactly with the steam sales but way, way less than iOS sales. http://www.gonintendo.com/stories/238616-tengami-sells-11k-on-wii-u |
After the sales slide they should also split the revenue by platform, that breakdown would be much more interesting.

That's pretty easy as they said it generated $ 1.1 million in gross revenue, see OP.
Split: iOS about $ 900.000, Wii U/PC about $ 100.000 each.

I just wanted to see the influence of discounts from each digital store, but while crunching the numbers it doesn't seem to affect much when taking into account the full RRP.
IOS: 196k x $5 = $980k
PC or WiiU: 11k x $10 = $110k
A total sum of 1.2 million (100k under their given value), that makes IOS 82% and PC/WiiU 9% for each.
They also mention in the OP a figure of 650k that goes to Apple and Nintendo (and Steam?).
I thought that revenue share was around 30-40% but apparently not, 650/1100 is 60%.
I think the wording is wrong and that 650k was what is left after the revenue share.
Source seems offline for me at work so I can't verify this.

At least once I remember it was half price in the PAL eShop.
