Forums - Gaming Discussion - Levels you hate in games you love?

We all have a long list of games we adore.  But were there any levels in these great games that you absolutely hated? A level that was down right shit,  made you almost rage quit or just completely broke the flow of the game and made you go WTF.

One for me was a level in battlefield 3 where you had to snipe a guy escaping in a car.  If you missed you had to go back like 2 mins and try again. I gave up trying to do it after 20 attempts and only completed it like a year later when I went back.

So what levels did you hate in games you loved?

QFT.

The wind temple in Wind Waker.

Ether Mine in Xenoblade is very frustrating. Also, so is the Gold Saucer in FFVII.

Too much water in this comment.  Wouldn't read again.  6/10

Minecart or Rocket Riding levels in DKCR
Final Dungeons in most JRPG (namely when I am psyched for the final battle, but before that I had to get to the boss and fight like a billion enemies.)

:o what don't you like about the Gold Saucer?

It's just dull and uninteresting. The whole jail thing was needless and none of the games excited me. Battle Arena is good though. But Chocobo racing? No thanks.
