This is not a hard prediction. Sony, the director, and numerous people have been saying the game is coming since before the release of PS4. Considering AAA games take 2-3 years to make, even if they started from scratch since 2013, they game should release in 2016. It's about damn time they finally confirm a release date in 2015.

If it does happen it will probably be a disappointment. It went through directors, producers and tons of talent and many years and still hasn't happened. If the game does happen I doubt it will be anything along the lines of its original vision. Will it happen? Maybe. But would it be for the best if it never happens? Maybe.
