When gaming with an xbox 360 controller (or any controller for that matter), do you use your middle finger for the triggers while resting index finger on bumpers?  Or index finger for both?

And if you use index for both, would you prefer that the bumper buttons be located on the back of the controller instead?

I'm trying to transition to middle+index for fast access to bumper buttons, but it's not really working out.

Same, lol :P

But to keep on topic... no, I've never, nor will I ever, use my middle fingers for the triggers, it just doesn't feel natural to me at all, and I can switch from the bumpers to the triggers quick enough anyways... and as a default position, my index fingers rest on the triggers

Index finger all the way, resting on the triggers

By all means, feel free to share your experiences with that as well

Definitely index, middle finger supports the back of the controller.

Middle finger on the triggers.. Takes time to get used to it but when you play with an arcade stick or mouse keyboard you also use your middle finger a lot.. After a while you'll get the hang of it
