It doesn't really look bad, considering the lighting conditions the 1024x768 (phone)camera had to deal with.

Plus, alphas/betas do not necessarily represent the graphics of the full game, and Battlefield campaigns look much better than their corresponding multiplayer (at least on consoles).

is that next gen? i am glad i am conservative on the graphics side. Show me the gameplay to make a proper conclusion. If the gameplay is outstanding as to balance the graphics capability of the console, then NEXT GEN IS HERE.
