I just tried selling my TLoU copy at a local second hand shop and they offered me $20 dollars. I always check Amazon trade-in store before I accept an offer (sometimes Amazon beats them). In this case Amazon offered $34 for the game so I declined... Well good thing too because I just got this in the mail:

BTW - The add makes no sense because it says "Get it for $20" which would be $40 off... I might complain and try to get it for $20

the add makes sense. It says you get it for $20 when you trade in $20 worth of games. So $60 game minus $20 game trade ins minus $20 promotional credit equals $20.

Either way it's a good deal considering you can buy the Last of Us used for $30. Probably want to jump on the deal quick because they might change the trade in value for it soon.

1. How dare you trade in The Last of Us what is wrong with you!!!!?!?! and 2. I think the offer is trade in any amount of games worth more or equal to $20 of credit and get another $20 dollars off from Beyond two Souls so 20 of store credit + the $20 for the promatian and the game ends up only being $20. Pretty good deal if that's how it works out.

And yeah, I already put in my trade-in with Amazon and already got paid for it. I just need to ship it by like the 7 I think they said or else they will charge my card

That is how it works. Before I added TLoU I had some other games that I checked out before I tried the local place (But I traded them in there since they beat Amazon) and it said I qualified.

I'll be renting this game.

Not sure if the Special Edition is your cup of tea, but wanted to pass it along just in case.

The Amazon deal is pretty sweet, too, so you can't go wrong.

Oh, and for people gasping at me trading in TLoU... My excuse? I'M A BROKE COLLEGE STUDENT!!!!

PS: I played through 3 times and enjoyed it more than the last and played all 12 weeks of both factions. I'm not much of a DLC guy but even then I read up on what they were planning and it doesn't really interest me. So, trading it in was my final decision.

Veknoid, what comes with the special edition? It seems like Sony partnered with Gamestop and Amazon to attract more business their way to raise sales of the game because with Dafoe and Page it's probably to big to risk bombing. Both Sony and retailers benefit from it so good job sony
