The video has 32,5 million views, and all it shows is the boss battle minigames in Mario Party 9.

Sure, you can fake views like that, but who would do that for some video as this?

The casuals will always outnumber the hardcore. With Mario name in the title, I am not surprised at all.

Anyways, like I said there's a lot of people who view videos as a reference/guide to a game. Quite common actually.

I searched up new super mario bros 2 final boss, and the most watched video that came up has 2,2 million views. And I'm pretty sure NSMB has a larger audience than Mario Party 9.

Yeah I have to agree with you if it had that many legit views it would have more thumps up and down votes.  The GTA 5 has over 200K and the Mario Party 9 one has only a little over 30K.
