Congratulations.......you are the first negative poster in this thread! I am surprised this took so long. Things are allready looking up for Xbox 1.
For one thing, RARE is a 2 team deveopler. Two. Second, this is a partial screenshot.......wait till E3. Third.....resurrecting a old IP would mean taking the gameplay back to the old roots.....aka a Banjo game that plays like the 64 games.
KI, Black and white......are more niche then you think. Ace Combat 6 is 3rd party and wasn't exactly the heaviest hitter 360 exclusive. Point being....your making a judgement call very early here. E3 is one week away......chill.

I cannot be positive when everytime the big wigs at MS open their mouth only bats come out of there. I know Rare has 2 teams. If KI is niche Banjo is much more buddy. I've travelled to countries in Africa and Europe where most of the gamers started with Snes and Killer Instinct used to be the bread and butter of couch multiplayer. Most of long time fan of fighting games love KI and it's something MS could use to differentiate from the other 2. AC 6 wasn't the heaviest hitter on 360 because it was released early in the console life but there was nothing compared to it till today on consoles.

According to the sales data, Killer Instinct is less popular than Banjo-Kazooie. Killer Instinct on SNES sold 3.2 million copies and its successor Killer Instinct Gold sold 0.8 mil. On the other hand, Banjo-Kazooie sold 3.65 million copies and its sequel Banjo-Tooie sold 1.49 million.

KI Gold was way different than the original Snes game. They stripped the game to an inferior experience. They didn't market it well I think because I didn't hear about until 2000 when it was released in 96 right after the Snes version (1995).
Nintendo released KI back to back from Arcade to Snes to N64 in a short period of time also.
I think you should make a thread with a pole to test the popularity of both.
