Zero Escape 3 Will Take Place Between 999 And Virtue’s Last Reward

By Ishaan . March 27, 2013 . 3:00pm

The third game in the Zero Escape series will take place between Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors and Virtue’s Last Reward.

The games’ director, Kotaro Uchikoshi, shared the information with Siliconera during an interview today.

Prior to developing the Zero Escape games, Uchikoshi wrote Ever17: Out of Inifinity, one of the more well-known visual novels in the West.

Far from surprising, given how VLR ends. Still interesting!

I started to play Virtue's Last Reward and it made literally no sense to me....

But it has been well reviewed so I guess more good games is a good thing

Still need to play both games. I'm waiting for 999 to get to $10 lol. And VLR to get to $20.

Haha come on man, 999 is worth more than 10 bucks, and VLR I haven't played, but its probably worth 20 bucks.

Do we know what systems it will be on? I'm assuming 3DS and Vita?

I own 999, but I still haven't played it. It's low on my TDL, but I hear great things. I hope they release a 3DS XL redesign soon so I can get one with a proper battery life/colour option, and jump back on my DS/3DS library. Currently working on PSP games or Japanese DS games while I wait. I figure playing on the larger screen would be nice, and I have so many PSP games so...
