Seems kinda reasonable to me. I mean if you attempt to sell a used copy online you probably won't get much more after fees.

Even if it's just credit, I think most people who bought this game are likely to spend $25 on another game in the future.

You guys try too hard to shit on EB/Gamestop sometimes. Its just an option, not terrible option if you want to get rid of the game either.

Off the top of my head, Portal 2 was like $17 dollars shortly after release Most console games are never worth more than $20, let alone a handheld game. As someone alreay said, this is not as bad as people are amking it out to be.
