I like more NSMBU. From what I have watched, it looks better than NSBWii.

I suspect Rayman will be the better game and earn better reviews, but NSMBU will crush it in sales regardless.

I agree on that, but compared to Rayman Legends? Especially considering the Asymetric Gameplay offered in one vs. the other?

Still NSMBU. Rayman has great artstyle, but I don't know why, doesn't grab me like Mario.

To me in the gameplay part, Mario simply has perfected it, so he can't lose.

Having said that, for gamepad usages, Rayman simply destroys it. Not even a contest. What they did to Mario (unless there's a secret still) even makes the game worse, to me.

Depends on the taste. I would buy both, but Rayman Legends showed off the isometric gameplay better!
I'm a Mario fan, but I can't deny the credits that's due...

As was the case with New Super Mario Bros Wii vs. Rayman Origins

I would say Rayman Origins the better game, while the other clearly had the sales super success

Rayman offers a lot of unique features I think, so I would say that one. They both look good aesthetically though. At least there's finally some competition for Mario in the side-scrolling department.

The new Rayman games have more in common with the DKC games than they do with the NSMB games, so it's not really a like for like comparison. They do things differently.
