Considering how low their standards are, one can imagine what a poor state the game is in right now . But good to see they're putting in effort into this one. Too bad it seems that it's now generic spez muhreen alian shootah #234982034 as opposed to expanding upon the interesting gameplay the first had with its Native American protagonist.

It's rather obvious the game wasn't a fully thought out concept when they released that trailer, Bethesda don't can a game because of quality standards, as we well know.

I wouldn't hold my breath for this one coming out any time soon.

Nooooooooooo!!!! Now I have to wait even longer for the sequel to one of my fav games this gen :(

So far Bethesda games have been rubbish, with the exception of Fallout and Skyrim. I am talking about things like Wet, Rage etc..

Clearly, with the HUGE success of Skyrim, they can afford to take more time and invest more money in this game, so that the Bethesda brand its means something more than Fallout/Elder Scrolls, even as just a publisher

Wet is made by the same developers of Naughty Bear, I was suprised people were looking forward to it, must be the tits, same goes for Dead Island, the same people who did Call Of Jaurez, you kidding me? why were people hyped?

as for RAGE THAT was a big disappointment, its made by ID software not Bethesda, but I was actually expecting ID to be the number one polished studio actually, they had a long history of PC games.

with that being said I am in no way excited about Prey 2 and dishonored , for Prey 1 was good, but this new one seems sandboxy, which I don't think will be a good idea, as for Dishonored, Meh, they should Stick with Elder Scrolls, (and stop making Fallout for that matter)

I understand this. Bethesda makes the highest quality games out there, games for the hardcore gamer.

I am excited for Prey 2. Bethesda needs to publish it.

This is my point, Bethesda do not want to ruin their brand, and they want to develop into a proper publisher. They are not going to do this by making rubbish games

It is not really about what Bethesda make, it is about Zenimax media who own them, wanting to use the Bethesda brand, which is stronger than ever after Skyrim, to make money on other games and that is not going to work unless the other games are good!

Ultimately, this should lead to better games, so that is good!
