Forums - Gaming Discussion - Games you remember playing, but can't remember the name of!

I'm sure that everyone here has a couple of these stories to tell- playing a game as a child, and remembering some of the details, but having no idea what the game was called.

Well, post up your vague descriptions of these games, and we'll see if we can figure them out :D Be sure to quote someone with an answer if you think you know what they're rambling about, but if you can't figure any out, you can still post your own :)

I remember playing a GBC game which was a platformer, but with dinosaurs. I think there were 4 dinosaurs, and they had names, but I have no idea xD

Good luck! :)

I remember a game for Sega Genesis I rented one time. It was with these two dragon kids I guess you could call them. One was blue and the other was red. They were kids but dressed in kind of dragon looking costumes. It was single or two player. I just remember this one level where you ride on a dragon and you fight a bigger dragon in the clouds. If anyone knows this game, please let me know.

There is some obsecure japanese game on the genesis that I used to play that had great artstyle and very eerriee monsters, and ghostly sounding music, you play as a girl with a katana and a school girl uniform (i think) and it was a very fast paced game, but was very hard, one of the bossess was a giant worm that you have to kill his tail bit by bit till you reach his head, he becomes much faster each time you kill a part of him, kinda like the ghost buster one, another boss is a witch that looks a lot like Cloud of Darkness from FFIII, she floats around the screen fast, and was really a very hard boss, I don't remember beating her,I think it was released the same time as Kid Chameleon , but I hardly remember what its called, in fact I think I never knew what its called because it was in Kanji

I remember this zombie game on the Dreamcast, which was third person and you pick up weapons and what not, like hatchets. Maybe some sort of Resident Evil?

I remember one on the "50-in-1" cartridge for NES. It was some kind of a tank game and I had no idea how to play it but I still liked it a lot. I remember laser beams, I think

Was the game Action 52?

this ?

I remember a game on GB a platformer with balloons (maybe). What I remember best is the feeling I had while playing, in retrospective I would describe it as psychedelic especially the music was. I had a melancholic feeling while playing the game. I think I was feeling bad for the character because he was traped in a weird world like this.

There was this game way back when. Think it was on the Sega Genesis. It was a fantasy game of some sort, you had an aerial view of your character as you explored a dangerous world...but it shifted to first-person view when you entered a dungeon or cave. I have no idea what it's called and we didn't get very far.
