so i love Uncharted and plated 2 & 3, the online is fantastic and i love it.

so why not have 1 set of trophies with a plat for the single player and then another set for the online? Would you like this idea? let me know :)

Cool idea... and after Sony added sub-category to trophies it more easy to happen (now the DLC trophies is not showed with single-player trophies).

Maybe for PS4 but wouldn't make sense for PS3.

Because there are already games that have no trophies at all and with this there will also be games with 2 trophies even though there's not more content.
Now you say all trophies will be counted together, but why even bother when the end result is highly inflated due to having different trophy sets.

yeh that still bothers me, Ubisoft bundles AC1 with ACR and still didnt add trophies for it.. i mean.. COME ON!

its not for the trophies hunters per say, but i feel like im gettin rewarded for my efforts with them and would like to have a nice big set for online too. 

I think some games could use a separate list for online and single player (Call of Duty games, for one), but I don't think some games' MP is varied enough to warrant a separate list. Having a list for online would make some lists dull and completely boring, though.

Its a bad idea. As some have already mentioned, we have spent a lot of time with the 1 Plat/game system up till now (and the PSV now has that as well) and changing would be confusing and misleading - people KNOW when they see a plat trophy that that person (who got the plat) went through and did everything possible in a game. If there are two trophies possible for a person for a single game then how would you know what that person did. Also not all games are both SP and MP. Wouldnt this disadvantage online-only games (i.e. MAG) or SP-only games such as ME2, Heavy Rain etc.

Dont get me wrong - I am not a fan of the variation in how a plat is offered i.e. the UC series barely has any MP trophies whereas other games (COD......, KZ) have lots. I think the best thing would be if the SP and MP were separated (such as sony are doing with KZ3) essentially making them stand-alone games, in this case where they are clearly differentiated then a plat for each would be ok.
