Final Fantasy Tactics is out for iPad

Final Fantasy Tactics has been getting smaller and smaller lately with all the portable versions. I suppose this new iPad version is also small, but that big ol' tablet screen will let you have a better look at the action. And it does look a bit nicer, as you'll see in these new screenshots. For a game that was first released in 1997, this is still a great looking game.

For those that had issue with the play speed of the iPhone version, know that the early word is that this iPad version fixes some of those issues. If you've picked this up, let us know if you see any slow down issues.

AFAIK the iPhone version is the war of the lions one, so the iPad version should also be the WOTL version.

You could also find war of the lions on the US psn store for $9.99.

War of the Lions is great. The story in the later parts of the game was hilarious.

War of the Lions has been available on PSN and the Iphone version, cheaper. I honestly cant see this doing that well, its a more expensive version for the Ipad, with nothing new. Now that I think of it, wasnt the the Iphone/ipad running similar app stores?? I thought the apps were mostly interchangable. Im not big on Apple so I dont really know
