Resident Evil CODE: Veronica X is finally available today for download on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Achievement hungry gamers will enjoy the achievements available in these games. Beginning October 4, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition will be released on PSN.

Man, I thought Code Veronica was crap on the Dreamcast. I don't think being in HD is going to make it any less boring. As for RE 5 Gold, I already got all of the DLC a year ago. So, no and no.

People who think RE4 ruined the series should definitely give Code Veronica a try, though. That way, they will realize that traditional Resident Evil is a relic of a bygone era. Long live TPS Resident Evil!

You get to see Steve Burside die... so the game wasn't a total waste.
