So, today I thought I'd create my first VGC thread and try to accomplish 2 things:

1) create some activity in the PC forum

2) get some more attention to something that caught mine

Legend of Grimrock is an old school dungeon crawler that's being developed by a small team called Almost Human and is supposed to be released on PC by the end of this year. (Mac version is planned, but will release later)

I stumbled over this a few days ago and it kinda got me excited, because I was a huge fan of games like Dungeon Master and Stonekeep back in the day.

Seeing this just threw me back and gave me a nostalgia overdose.

What are your opinions?

the title definitely looks interesting, but there are quite a lot of games coming out so I might not pick it up at launch. I am still playing some other old school indie RPGs at the moment with Avadon and Legend of Dredmor.

Also glad to see some more people trying to boost activity in the PC section, most of my attempts end up without replies or with one or two so I have been posting less threads lately. I should probably make a thread about the Witcher 2 passing 1 million in sales lol

Needs some repetitive music to set the retro feel right

btw if you enjoy games like this then i recommend getting Wizardry on PSN, its great, a bit challenging as well.
