Should Professional Gamers Be Worried ???

Around the Network

A person who makes a proffession out of gaming must obviously take any and all precautions, just like guitarists have to warm up and stretch before playing to prevent injury such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
The problem is that people who play games so much out of pure enjoyment are very reckless about their health and overall condition.

I suppose pro gamers whom sit for countless hours at a time should take some precautions, but everyone else shouldn't worry.

Surely this also applies to people who sit on their arses all day while watching TV?

But the likes of fox news NEED TV's, so they're not going to hate on them are they!

Sure, take a 10 minute break after playing for 2 or 3 hours non-stop. And in your poll I think it's funny that you added "maybe, if I feel any pain" because by the time you feel the pain, it will already be too late.

When I play a video game I don't usually play for more than 1-2 hours at a time unless it's a new game I might go as far as 4-5 hours. I can't understand why someone would play for 10 hours straight with very little breaks on a usual bases? Com'on guys use some common sense(speaking in a general term).

Don't tell me how to live my life.

Im Fine, I mean seriously its hard now a days for me to get a good solid 2 hours of free time for myself to play videogames

The good thing for me is less chance of blood clots, the bad thing not having time to play the games I love....

Gaming as anything else should be taken in moderation. If you get obsessive about something it will be unhealthy for you in the long run.
