People complain about motion blur all the time. It's one of the most common complaints I see.

Sekiro says hi. The game is great otherwise, but the boss fights go too far with learning the boss movesets. It's the same thing every boss fight, where it doesn't feel like you're any better as a player by the time you're done, instead it just feels like you've spent a bunch of time learning it by heart. I love Sekiro, but at the same time, the boss fights are a chore, and if I recall correctly, there are a lot of boss fights in the game. Or maybe it's just that I suck at the game, but even then, I can easily force myself through the game by simply learning the boss movesets. I could honestly get the platinum trophy in that game easily, it's just about time.
