Those are the actual relevant revenue numbers though. Sony are not selling games directly to customers.
The misleading part is more the digital numbers which for third party games are registered as 100% revenue and then a 70% cost. Which is an accurate reflection of how it happens but not useful for comparison.
If you divide the digital revenue and add-on revenue by three then you get a comparable number. It is still massively ahead of physical. The most interesting part is probably the conclusion that PS Plus is probably the primary driver of profit.
Also, the other software revenue is also directly comparable to physical and it also only represents the money Sony directly receive, as they are not the seller.
