Carmen Sandiego: Overlooked this due to little word of mouth and a young target demo but was in the mood for a caper and it exceeded my expectations. It really didn't need to be as good as it was. Nice art direction, fluid animation, charming characters, diverse locales, lots of original and varied music in every episode, they really went the extra mile. Give it a shot if it at all piques your interest.
