No. We could see a crash for consoles and some software that is much bigger than the North American Gaming Crash of 1983. In terms of its impact on the whole world that is. The Crash of 1983 was almost exclusively a net negative for the time for North America, not Japan, Europe, and others.
$900 and up for consoles is untenable. Shoot, I would say $700 and up for PS6 is untenable especially if it's out by 2028-2029.
