It will sell more than the N64 original or 3D version. Will it sell more than those versions and the GameCube ports all combined? Eh, tough to say with so little information.
10 million units seems like the likely floor, with 25 million units as the likely ceiling. I don't see it getting too close to Breath of the Wild and it's not touching GTA VI. It's pretty obvious GTA VI will go well past 100 million units over the years. It will probably get a native PS6 version, for one. That alone will probably add over 10 million units to the total. And we know it will go on PC.
