Different times. Coming off of the complete disaster of the Wii U and the commercially disappointing 3DS, Nintendo had to come out firing all guns in 2017. And one of those games you mentioned was a Wii U port in disguise. After its most successful console of all time and with the best third party support since the SNES, Nintendo can afford to take its time.
